How long does my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Orders made on the weekend will ship the next business day.

Can I pick up my order at MYB?

YES! Orders made before 5pm, can be picked up at MYB the next day. Orders made after 5pm, may take an extra day to process before arriving at MYB for pick up. If your order is time sensitive, message Amanda Lovelace through Band.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If you contact us prior to shipping, it may be possible to cancel your order.

What is your return policy?

If there is a mistake made on our end (incorrect size, color, item, etc.) returns will be accepted. If there is damage during shipping, we will work with the shipper to correct this issue. All other orders are final.
